Architectural Interior Photography
Jeff Caven is an Architectural photographer and Interior Photographer who specializes in Architectural Photography and Interior Photography whose Architectural Photography studio is based in Seattle and Tacoma, Washington. Whew! Now that I have used all those important Keywords early in the body copy we have that out of the way. Architectural Interior photographer dot com is a new concept in the world of, dare I say it, Architectural Interior photography. We craft more photography than any one budget usually allows, we create a large footprint online, we create a unity between all the project partners, Builders, Architects, Interior Designers, Product Suppliers, etc. We tell the story of the project using searchable text coupled with images. Most of all we love the fact that we can shoot more photography. While we travel worldwide photographing beautiful Architecture we do want it to be know that we are Seattle Architectural Interior Photographer and a Tacoma Architectural Interior photographer. Index that google!
Interior Design
Most any Art director, Magazine editor, Architect or Interior designer first looks at an Architectural Photographers Interiors or Interior design photography on their website to see their level of expertise. Architectural Interiors are one area of photography where you rarely get lucky. There is something very Zen about Interior Lighting and Interior Photography, it's a calm passion unless of course the sun in going down. As beauty is in the details, an extra period of refinement on an important Interior creates an image that feels whole with no flaws blaring at the viewer. It's a blend of light, colors, texture, craft and design. An Inspiring Interior photograph is crafted much like fine furniture except the tools are a synergy of creativity and technique. Good Interior lighting is subtle, the human eye is far superior to even the most modern digital cameras, the eye can see both the interior and the exterior even in bright sunlight, and no camera can do that. Modern digital technique allows us to match what the eye can see. An exciting trend we are adapting in our Interior is using people integrating with the interiors, sitting at their desk, going through the door, often slightly blurred for motion and anonymity. It gives humanity to the photography.
Sustainability
It's exciting to communicate an idea through imagery. In the project photography model we capture photographs of the projects LEED qualities. Through the use of text relating to the image we provide text rich copy describing the projects features for sustainability. Although some designers shy away at the term a "green building" it's important to recognize and celebrate this important aspect of the design. As time goes on, sustainability becomes less about being a buzz word and more about truly being a part of architecture, interior design and landscape design.
Timing is everything. Capturing a building at that point of the day when it animates makes the most interesting photographs, often twilight or dawn. Exterior Photography is about representing the design and design features of the structure, the massing, capturing an Architects idea with the perfect light and angle. The personality of a structure changes with the weather and seasons both from lighting angle perspective and Landscaping.
Project Photography
I always thought what a beautiful world this would be if I could take all the Architectural and Interior Photography I wanted. How can this work as a business model? Win the lottery? The concept is to create more imagery than most budgets allow and license the images to more of the project partners to pay for the additional expenses and shooting time. We create a large Internet presence through this website. Project photography licensing pages with html images combined with keywords relating to the project will increase will increase the Internet visibility significantly. We provide google juice for our project partners by supplying them incoming links along with the story of their company's involvement and their creative solutions used on the project. It's an alternate source of information about their company and a place to view the product of their endeavors in big beautiful images.
Landscape Architecture
Landscape Architecture photography is a key component in showing the interface of the project as it integrates with it's surroundings. Often the Landscape Architecture photographer hs the opportunity to represent how the Landscape Architecture contributes to the Sustainability of the project. We have the experience and skills to maximize the imagery on this endeavor.
